GREAT NEWS! Capital Campaign

The Ontario Recreation District is excited to announce the 2021 GREAT NEWS! capital campaign for the ORD Aquatic Center renovation project. Moving forward we will be pursuing multiple local municipalities, large businesses, local businesses, and local community members to reach our campaign goal. 

The Ontario Recretaion District fully understands the impact of the recent pandemic and we hope to instead pursue large local municipalities and business to help reach our goal. We hope that the citizens of Ontario and local businesses will remain in reserve to help close the final funding gap if necessary. However we truly do need everyones help and support as we pursue this goal. 

We believe this project will truly help enhance our community through mulitple avenues which will serve all populations within our community. We believe that the economic benefits, health benefits, and social inclusion benefits will truly help improve our community for the better. This is a facility and project that has been known to this community for almost a decade as the attempts to renovate and rebuild have come and gone multiple times thorugh several different committees.
